Location: the hotel was adjacent to attractions like the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, shopping malls and eateries as well as shop at the night market.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 5-star hotel in Seoul and I must say, the experience was phenomenal. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and all the attractions in the area. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of Dongdaemun and the old Hanyang City Wall. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Korean, and I was delighted to find my favorite Korean dishes available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom fittings and the lack of a power point on one side of the bed, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. I had a wonderful time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of Korea's biggest shopping night market and next to authentic shopping streets and huge markets. Plus, it was conveniently located above 2 major subway lines, making it super easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. I especially loved the Executive Lounge, where I enjoyed a great breakfast and a pretty good spread for Happy Hour, with unlimited free adult beverages from 5-7pm. The staff, including Claire Kim and Brendan, were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made my 10-night stay truly unforgettable.

Great Service and Delicious Food

I recently stayed at a hotel during the New Year, and I must say that the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was also delicious, and we enjoyed trying new things. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the major attractions of the city. We could easily explore without having to worry about transportation.

There were a few downsides to the hotel experience. The amenities were a bit limited, and we didn't get the full value for the high price we paid.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I was able to have an early check-in and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The service at Tavolo 24 was outstanding, with the staff even providing me with a comforting bowl of soup when they noticed I had taken medication. I also forgot my iPad in my room, but the receptionist quickly arranged for it to be delivered to me at the airport. The level of service and teamwork among the staff left a lasting impression on me. Looking forward to my next visit.
